In July 2004, Dalian YSK Bio-Technology Co.,LTD are established as a wholly owned subsidiary of Japanese leading natural seasoning company “Yaizu Suisan kagaku lndustry Co.,Ltd”.

We implemented Japanese development technology and new production equipment same with 'Yaizu Suisankagaku Industry Co.,Ltd" and then we started

Operation in July 2005.

In March 2016, All share of Dalian YSK Bio-Technology Co.,LTD were transferred to "Marukei Katsuobushi Inc from Yaizu Suisankagaku Industry Co.,Ltd.

We operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Markei katuobushi Inc since April

2016.

Marukei Katsuobushi Inc is one of the top company for dried fish industry in Japan. Their main business is mainly produced dried fish such as dried bonito, Dried sardine in Thailand and Philippines and then selling mainly to Japan, China, Korea and Russia.

By joining as a Marukei group company, We take advantage of using their international supply chain and work on product development and manufacturing
